I worked on a furniture factory setup project, overseeing the process from concept to operational readiness. My responsibilities included:

• Maintenance Department tasks: Managing the maintenance team in order to execute the tasks efficiently.

• Design & Layout Planning: Creating efficient machine layout on factory floor, ensuring optimal workflow and production capacity. 

• Designing the mechanical, electrical and plumbing layouts.

• Supply Chain Coordination: Sourcing machinery, raw materials, and equipment while managing vendor relationships to meet strict timelines.

• Project Planning & Execution: Scheduling tasks, tracking progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth setup and timely launch.

This role allowed me to integrate engineering expertise, supply chain management, and strategic planning to successfully establish a 100% export-oriented furniture manufacturing facility.
